By engaging the services of Lighthouse Property Watch, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Lighthouse Property Watch provides visual inspections of residential properties to identify obvious issues such as frozen pipes, water leaks, or security breaches. Our services are intended to provide oversight and are not a substitute for professional home inspections, maintenance, or licensed security services.
Visual Only: Inspections are strictly visual and limited to accessible areas of the property.
No Guarantee: While we aim to identify potential risks, we do not guarantee the prevention of property damage, equipment failure, or criminal activity.
Reporting: Clients will receive a digital report after each visit, including photos and GPS-verified data.
Access: The client must provide legal access to the property and notify any alarm companies of our scheduled visits.
Emergency Contacts: The client must provide valid contact information and instructions for handling emergencies found during inspections.
Limited Liability: Lighthouse Property Watch is not liable for any damages that occur between inspections or for issues that are not visible during a standard walkthrough.
Insurance Requirement: Clients are required to maintain active homeowner’s insurance for the duration of our service agreement.
We provide services within Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire. We reserve the right to refuse service to properties that pose a safety risk to our staff.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice. Any outstanding fees for inspections already performed must be settled upon termination.
